i just wanted to thank the dedicated souls who chanced being out at sherwood this weekend. it was cold. it was wet at times. did i say it was cold? it was cold. we had a few volunteers helping with raking. many more were in the patron campgrounds readying their living space for faire. the coverdish on saturday was decent. cold though. the fire circle was amazing. great drumming from shark bait, charles and robert ray. guitar and song from david. poetry and song from zane. cold, but filled with love and spirit.
this weekend, we do it all again.
more volunteers are needed saturday. we have a mixed blessing with all the mulch bestowed upon us. so, bring your rakes and join us. then saturday evening we will have another cover dish, then make our way to the seven sisters.
see ya soon,
rengypsy
Props to everyone who had the dedication and endurance to brave the elements this weekend.
