The way things are progressing, opening weekend may turn out to be a break in the relocation process.

Okay, so at the job faire I was told that I was going to be on call. Today I got a letter in the mail that I was hired for the full run. Looks like I will be there every day at the front gate! I would be panicked about finishing my garb, but apparently they are providing it. It stinks that I put in so much time making a new set of garb and don't get to wear it, but whatever. I am excited about the costume class, though.

Nay, not quite that, my young chilly friend. We don't need frozen naughty bits. I am just very warm-natured and am usually perfectly comfortable with temperatures in the 60s.
Well, they've cooled it off a few degrees Merlin...and I am with you there, I'd rather have a little chill in the air! But, 75 is tolerable compared to the 145 degrees on Memorial weekend!!

There has been a garb explosion all over our house! I spent last night working on some toddler garb and I will be (hopefully) finishing it up today, as well as making some quick and dirty alterations on an item for my daughter. Then I still have to do up my garb checklist (feel we are missing some items) and general packing checklist. This will be my first overnight trip related to faire, so I'm freaking out a little, lol.
