Several faires, most notebaly Bristol, have a weekend to weekend ,semi or completely official Pub crawl. Would such a tradition be welcomed by the Sherwood community either in the near future or just whenever? Lets just say I'm supremely curious.
I pretty much have one every weekend I'm out there
*an amazing amount of rum seems to be missing each Sunday*
Besides just wandering back and forth between the Trip and the 3 Stags ? :D Sure, why not?
Yes please sir! :-*

That is my daily route. The trick is trying to figure out which way is the least steep after a long day of rums.

As I recall you were already at the pub as well! lol
*I think there should be at least one rum pub along the route also*
I definitely spent my fair share of time in the pub and enjoyed every minute! Can't wait until this Saturday when we do it all again!
Methinks a "real " pub crawl would involve silly tasks, trivia, and or bawdy activities at and between the various pubs. Least that's the "Bristol style " :)

Ooo, a pub crawl with trivia and games would be amazing. I might actually have to start drinking more just so I could partake!

Methinks it would be a worthy reason to do so :). I'm thinking, eventually if I keep bumping this, Eric or Mike or both will see this and at least consider the idea for future seasons, and maybe form and create a "test run" for final weekend at the most
I posed this idea to several people at faire when I was there briefly this past Sun. Suffice it to say nothing but positive feedback ;).
I'm interested! I'll be there this weekend (Saturday) and would love to take part! I'm pretty good at trivia :)
I prupose an as follows route, and again this is all just me hint hint nudge nudging those who would like to do one. Start at The Stags, then Fagans, cross from the sky kings, then up the hill to the jolly Roger, followed by the ye ole trip, then back to the jolly Roger on the way down to the Scarlet Verdon, before Jacobs ladder and Finishing at the stags.
Someone please forgive me if I mixed up Fagans and Jacobs :P
