There's a collection of photos that circulates periodically of the ruins of the Virginia Renfaire that closed in 1999. Here's a kinda neat recent aerial video of the site using a remote quadcopter.

That's pretty cool. What surprised me was how many roofs are in good shape. That means the interiors of the buildings have been protected.
