For the first time ever, the Colorado Renaissance Festival sold out of tickets, and that has led the event's organizers to make some changes.
Organizers said that during the July 12-13 weekend — which bore the Pirate Invasion theme — the festival sold out. It's unclear how many tickets that entailed, but the organizers said that ticket sales will be limited for the rest of the year.
