I missed it. Who won?

I missed it. Who won?
Those of us that didn't watch it! ;) ;D
Did anyone really win it?
I made some great observations during it, does that count. McCain NEVER looked at the camera to address the people, nor did he ever look at Obama and address him at any time. He always looked at Jim Lehrer.
Obama looked at Jim, at Mcain and the camera when speak and I got the feeling he was really addressing the people and not just the host. I thought it rude of Mcain to never once look at Obama to address abything Obama said about him.
So did qnyone really win? My vote hasn't changed from it, but then again it was made up a long time ago

indeed. obama kept referring to mccain by his first name. at some point, the moderator was like TALK TO HIM, HE'S STANDING RIGHT THERE. guess it made it a little more personal.
and if you want to know who won, check the polls. a consensus of sorts has been reached, i think.
always used worms myself...please to note John's post.
(I know...sucking up)
Rubber crawdads wi' a treble hook here. Worms go all mushy over 100 degrees.
Using real crawdad's for bait is a sin...I would rather eat a mess of creole crawdad's with a good brew than any fish I'd catch in a pond! Ettouffee, my fav southern dish.
How come they don't sell crawdad's in Minnesota?
Fished with crawdads many, many a time. Have even tied them for fly fishing bass.
Found a place a while back on Lake Street Dreg Stella's Fish Cafe (http://www.stellasfishcafe.com/index.htm)
Crawdads be tasty but SANDY BEACHES ye can starve ta death eatin 'dads. Ain't enough calories in 'em ta be worth shuckin' 'em out :-\
Aye Morgan, there is little meat to be had but the real question is which do you prefer the tast of? Mudbugs from Alaska or Delaware?
Jok'n, just Jok'n! Please forgive. ;D ;D ;D
O.K., now I gotta have it!!! Found this one at http://www.gumbopages.com/food/seafood/etouffee-perry.html
I'm think'n I need to start a Minnesota gumbo pot-luck! (hey Mod's, can we change the thread title to "Who loves Gumbo"?)
1 pound crawfish tails, with fat
8 tablespoons (1 stick) butter
1 medium - large onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons bell pepper, minced
1/2 stalk celery, minced
Green onion tops
Fresh parsley
2 teaspoons tomato paste
Cayenne pepper
Freshly ground black pepper
Salt
2 tablespoons flour
1 - 2 cups water
Melt butter in pot, add flour and stir like hell. Add onions, bell pepper, celery and garlic. Cook until tender, and keep stirring. Add crawfish fat, if possible, and cook down 10-15 minutes. Add tails and tomato paste, then add water. Cook down for 20 minutes or so, but be careful not to overdo it. Add salt and peppers to taste. Cook a little more, then add chopped green onion tops and parsley and cook till ready.
Note: Some directions and amounts are intentionally vague ... use the challenge.
Yield: Meal for 4 men or 6 pansies.
If you're careful with the heat, you can turn that roux a really pretty light chestnut colour. Should take about a beer (in you) to cook right. It'll make the gumbo taste just that much better! ;D
