Great seeing everyone this year out in the lanes. Was a fun year !
Had a great hope to see you in the off season at some of the "FF" gatherings
Dang Majikboxman, you made it home quick!
Guess I should open my eyes when typing, meant to say is 'had a great YEAR', and DB is right I just got home myself and I'm only a couple of miles away
Sorry I missed y'all. Anyone want to invade TRF October 31st- Nov. 2nd? I was thinking about going down since I don't have to work the 31st.
bowling????
I think the ladies were going to try pole dancing...errr i mean belly dancing :o
I swear I saw them installing a pole and mini-stage next to the 'dart throwing booth' accross from the rocking horse on Fest Friday. I kid you not! What was with that I wonder?
I guess I'll see if it's still there come next season.

There was a contest after hours, I believe.
I can't decide if I'm happy or sad that it's done. Either way, it was fun!
Seemed to be aslow start this season and I was just beginning to have fun and now its over. I really did have a blast and am looking forward to cleaning up my house and putting up fall/Halloween decorations (oh and doing that thing called laundry!)
It was a really good and special fest for me, and I think for Sean/Raga. We had a lot of fun and really felt like we were part of the festival family to a depth we had not before.

I really want to go to the CD Release Party @ Tillie's Bean. I'll start begging now.

Well...
It's the 1st Saturday in a long time that I am not either getting into my garb or heading out to 'fest right now!
On the agenda for this 1st post 'fest Saturday is going to be to get some things done that we slacked off on during 'fest. Now that 'fest is over it's time to get going on these things. We have some projects around the house we want to do so a trip to The Home Depot and Lowes to look at some things tops our agenda today. Also, I got a bunch of yard work to do too.
It's kinda sad that 'fest is over, but I love this time of year and think I can find some things to occupy my time. October is far and away my favorite month of the year! So many things going on. Playoff baseball, the NFL is in full swing, NASCAR is in the chase races, and hockey is about to kick off too. Time to get my sporting fix on! Hunting seasons are starting to open now, not that I hunt a whole lot now that I find myself in the cities, but I think I will take a couple of days off work to go chase some pheasants around later this month. Cool crisp fall afternoons and evenings make for perfect bonfire weather too.
Yup...there are some things to do...
George and I spent the day house hunting. Shortly, we shall head down to fest for the Jaycee Recovery Party. Should be fun!
We going to try doing an "ancient games night" the first Wednesday of the month at the Evenstar Bookstore http://www.evenstarbooks.com on University Av starting November 5th. It will coincide with the "Coffee Cauldron" a regular Pagan gathering that happens at the coffee shop next door.
We're probably going to be focusing on tarot games, at least for this first time, but we'll have our other games to try as well.
