Now that fest has come to an end.... *sigh* :-\
Anyone given any thought to going to Trail of Terror and/or the Corn Maze??
Do we want to do a group thing? For one or both?
xoxo
:-*
We had fun last year with this. Depending on what day gets picked, we might be able to join.
I'd love to do that again. Maybe even a bigger group and we can have our own little invasion. I think with the packing though we won't have any garb available. But I don't think we did it in garb last year either did we?
How about trying out ValleyScare (http://www.valleyscare.com)? I think it would be fun to try someplace new, and heard this one was pretty good last year. Plus some of the rides are open too wheeeee!
I did like Trail of Terror, but corn maze left quite a bit to be desired.
I think it would be great to get together for some haunt or other!

We skipped the garb last year if I remember correctly, at least Josh and I did anyways. It was just too cold, had to bundle up in coats and mittens.
kilts and thermals??
I'm up for trying something new, if that's the will of the group. ;D
ValleyScare was pretty cool last year. My son-in-law worked at Trail of Terror a few years then went to work at ValleyScare when it started better special effects, costuming, and makeup plus the rides and stuff. Then Trail of Terror has the creep factor going for it because of it's location ... the whole REAL "Texas Chainsaw" location feel, so depends wht your into.
I'm up for either one... Whatever everyone else wants to do.. :)
Since Safety Services works out at Trail too that is where I am going...mostly because I get in for FREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!!!
There will be a night I do it I'm just not sure when yet.
I was just looking at the ValleyScare, that seems for fun, is kinda spendy unless you go at 7pm. whatever we all do if we are gonna do a group thing we would need to know in advance so we can get a babysitter. Im not bringing Matt and Lauren out.
Anybody up for Trail of Terror this weekend? Friday or Saturday night 7pm? It's the only weekend we're free this month since Josh and I are going out of town later so I'm hoping!
Unfortunately, Fig and I can't do anything on a Friday or Saturday night. If it happens this weekend, we'll be with you in spirit! :D
Bacardi and I are out as well this weekend..
If you go, Have Fun!!!! ;D
Count me out for any weekend. No thank you please. I don't do scary stuff. Nope. Can't deal.
Pfffft... you married me didn't you?

Ah my Love, you aren't scary. I rather enjoy your inner savage beast. :o :P
get a room.... ::)
I LOVE the Trail of Terror so I'm up for whenever. It's still too scary for Laurel so the nights she is with her Dad are better for me: Sunday nights or the weekend of the 25th would work out or I could get a sitter other nights.
Never been to ValleyScare but willing to try. However, part of the appeal of ToT is their wonderful beer tent. I love coming out of the indoor maze into the tent and having a Guinness. Oh yeah.....just thinking about it makes me happy.

You two ROCK!!! ;D
My son-in-law told me about another one out in Chaska if you haven't had enough spooky stuff http://www.screamtown.com, haven't been there but it's another option if your looking for one.
So was anyone actually going to come out to this?? I work tonight and we are open tomorrow, then that's it kids.
I wanted to go... but just ran out of time.... :-\
I just got home from work, and have to be back in less than 12 hours.... :P :P :P
