Hey folks,
I know I've mentioned this a couple of times on the forum, but just wanted to make sure this info was easy to find!
CD Release Party - The Dregs "Thank You, Sir. May I Have Another?"
Tillie's Bean (www.tilliesbean.com)
Saturday, October 18, music at 7pm
Featuring "All The King's Men", and some silly folks that call themselves "The Dregs."
Feel free to check out our entire show calendar at our website:
www.the-dregs.net
Hope to see you soon!
*So* wish I could be there :-\
Have fun, I know it'll be a great release! I'm sure MG will pick up a copy and I can hear it when I get back.

I'll pout with ya, cuz I can't go either...
You guys have fun!
We're going, and I am dragging my bro with.
I believe we may be able to attend!
got it in the calendar. Yay kilt time I haven't worn one in awhile.
Anyone else bringing kids? Laurel is with me that day and she is eight. I just don't want to be the only one with a school age kid there......
I have the "Thank You Sir May I Have Another" CD already...it's awesome. I bought it on a wine tasting day so my memory is a little foggy on the transaction. I had no Dregs music so I asked for "the one that kicks a** the most" to which my transactor Dreg replied "they all kick a**.....but this is the newest one that kicks a**".
I plan to attend but will not be bringing any of my kids with.
We're planning on being there, but the kids will all be out of town (it is MEA weekend and they usually go up to the cabin with my parents).
Kids - there are usually kids in our audience, so Lauren probably wouldn't be the only one.
Just an FYI - Tillie's Bean is a coffee shop. A SMALL coffee shop. In the past we've advised folks to show up early, and bring portable seating if you want to be guaranteed a chair. There are a few upholstered seats there, and some small tables/chairs in the shop, but they all go fast.
This, because of the newer city ordinances about music venues/liquor licenses, etc, is *technically* a private event.
You are all invited.
How private is that??
Heh...it's private enough to get around the blasted ordinances...
So the doors of the shop will probably open between 6 and 6:30, music (All the King's Men) will start at 7, and we'll probably take the stage around 8.
Let me know if you have any questions!
*bump*
I so wanted to go to this one too. Especially since it will probably be the last chance I get.
Sleepy! I just noticed you changed your name!
*facepalm*
Lord Sleepy Fondlebottom?
"Sorry ma'am, I have a clinical condition.. sleepgroping."
In other news, totally going to the party. :D We may be a bit late (& gory) from ZPC, but we will be there!
Sowwy but I am out for this one, there is this pretty lady that is getting married and I totally need to see it
*cough cough Catarina cough cough*
Hey, it looks like *I* will be able to make it to the CD Release party, too!
I just spent a couple of days in the hospital, but was released yesterday and have the go-ahead to participate tonight.
Looking forward to seeing everyone who can make it to the show!
;D

There was a little issue with chest pain, a clot, and angioplasty/stent placement was done Wed AM. I am feeling pretty good now though, and hope to avoid having a defibrillator implanted...I won't find that out for about another 6 weeks though, I think.
Wishing you the best hon!
Dang, glad to hear you're okay!
....and dang, I just woke up. Wasn't feeling too hot after the mead run, and laid down hoping it would make me feel better. It didn't, and now I missed the show. Hope it was good!
Doh... :-\
Glad to hear that you are ok!
It was a great show tonight!
Thank you!
If you missed it, they are playing at the Triple Rock on Monday night.
They were awesome-as always!
Rachel,
I am so glad you are feeling better, and I hope you don't need any further "procedures" done. I bet you were scared, I know I would have been!
Take it easy, hon!
BAH!! I'm a big shmooo! I got busy cleaning/decorating the house and completely spaced this event until it was about 7:00pm. By that time I was hot (and not in a good way) and sweaty from working around the house. Next time you see me Rachel, I deserve a good smack upside the head. Grrr! :(
I'm sure it was a smashing success! I'm so sorry I missed it.

Easy for me to say but stents are amazing things...fix's you right up! Should restore your energy. Hope all is well!
I just got back from Arizona...love it! And I am feeling better than I had in a long time. I got to rest, I partied pretty hearty...and now I miss Arizona!
But yes, I do feel better than I have in quite a while.
Thanks for the warm wishes!
Hugs to you good lady. I'm glad to hear that your convalescence went well. A bit of R&R can do a body good. ;)
XOXO
Glad to hear that you're feeling better! ((hugs))
