My Name is Kara and I am from Arizona, I have been dying to work a festival ever since I can remember! I think it must be a calling since when I think about things I have to do before I die, working at the renfair or even greater traveling a bit with the renfair is right up there on my list. That being said I am a newbie so I don't really know what is required but I will tell anyone seeking this: I am a hard worker with a degree in visual communications, a people person, loud and outgoing (typical Leo), an easy to get along with free spirit and I'm cute as a button which is always great for sales.
