Title: Scarby on Food Channel
Post by: ravic on March 07, 2009, 06:05:49 PM
The other night on the Food Channel program "Unwrapped" they had an episode on foods that sound anatomical. The Leg portion of the show was, tada, turkey legs @ Scarby. They had King Henry, Queen Anne, Coy Sevier, & several others holding forth about the yummy goodness of Turkey Legs. They rerun the episodes of Unwrapped often so check your local listings for the "Anatomical" episode.

saw the show and thought it was pretty good but could have been longer. Show must have been taped a few years ago as it showed some acts that have not been there in a few yrs

It was a few years ago.  I remember seeing it when it first aired.  So fun looking to find people I know.  It definitely would've been nice if it was a longer bit!

It was from Season 4.  From some research:

128      Unwrapped:Food Anatomy     8/30/2004

It's not scheduled for broadcast from what I can see in any listings, but maybe we can find it before it airs next, so we can catch it.  I even looked on youtube, and couldn't find it so far.

Yeah, didn't catch the date. Was about to turn it off for the night when I caught the beginning of the show & saw King Henry.

We love the food at Scarby and TRF.  Turkey Legs are the best, but there is so much more.  I wonder if they've ever made an RF food episode.  I'd love to know which faire has the best food.
