Title: Camping options?!~
Post by: geometricdune on March 25, 2009, 12:37:32 AM
Hello. I have searched far and wide and can't find any definite resources on camping options near Scarborough. Is it all just hotels or is there somewhere I haven't stumbled upon yet? Please help...*puppy eyes*

You can cheek out Lake Bardwell, waxiachie creek camp grounds, there nice thats were I'll be camping. And there is Hi-Hoe camping and RV park about 12 miles north of scarby, the only problem with hi ho is the area for tents is very small, like it's the back yard for the care takers, there more for RV's. Your not going to find much in the way tent camping in the local area. Thats why I went with lake Bardwell, this will be my second year there, I did 2 years at Hi Ho, the only go things about hi ho is it's closer and the showers and rest rooms are like right next to you.
