Title: How does the Easter Treasure Hunt work?
Post by: cowgrrl on April 08, 2009, 05:55:09 PM
Is it at a certain time or is it something the kids do individually throughout the day?  I'm trying to plan our day for Saturday & need to know if I have to block out a time for an Easter Egg Hunt.

Thanks!

I'd like to know the same thing, as I'll have a friend's child with me on Saturday

"This Saturday and Sunday during self-paced treasure hunts, kids 12 and younger will make their way through the festival grounds to visit stations where they can stamp forms with colored stamps. Completed forms can be redeemed for free ice cream."

This is what I found when I Googled it.  Looks like they will probably be able to do it at their own pace throughout the day. I will have 4 of my 5 with me, so we'll definitely be participating!

Usually the kids get a map and there are stations around the festival where they get colored stamps put onto their maps.  Not sure if that has changed this year, but that's how it's been in the past few years. :)
