State officials today told 11 national and regional telephone and Internet service providers to block access by all Minnesota-based computers to nearly 200 online gambling websites.

Well they don't get a "cut" so they do not support it... :)

In our fair state the only ones allowed to provide games of chance are the State itself, and Indian tribes.  I could well be wrong but the only exception I know of is Cantebury Downs (ponies) and local bar pull-tabs.
