Title: help us get the word out
Post by: rengypsy on May 26, 2009, 09:38:23 PM
we need all of you expertise and assistance in getting the word out...

if ye olde good folk could post word of sherwood forest faire on any and all appropriate web forums, social networking sites, etc, we'd appreciate it a great deal.

likewise, we need folk who are attending the gathering on june 13th to take brochures and posters to distribute in your communities.

drop off 25 brochures at businesses which will allow literature to take up counter space.

tape up the door posters all around.

we need a real push during june and july to spread the word.

currently, we have 34 vendors who have sent in an app and/or returned contracts.

our aim is to have 100 before the faire opens in february 27th, 2010.

thanks for being a part of the creation of what we believe will be a spectacular experience of collaborative effort!

indeed, sherwood forest will be a sanctuary for all.
