Maybe the 24th anniversary is water. The 25th is silver so bring a bucket.

If anyone is planning on developing a collage of any sort, I have some pictures from 1989/1990 that might be of interest.

Maybe a reunion of old cast.  I saw 2 this year in the crowd, and had 2 in cast to recognize me (it has been 8 years since I was in cast, so I was impressed).  Someone told me that I miss Brian (Cardinal Paine) by one week.

I might even break out the old priestly Robe and Ring make an appearance as Father Pious.

Father/Bishop Pious 97-99
Cardinal Woolsey 2000
Mortimer Grubb, gravedigger 2001

If the dates don't conflict The Queen and I could possibly make a weekend.

To one and all, Past cast members and patrons of the Tennessee Renaissance Festival.  I am asking you to write down what the faire has meant to you, done for you or allowed you to do.  You can write it in any form or artistic way that you would like.  Tho it needs to be on 8x10 pieces of paper.  If you are contact with anyone from the past, please pass this message along to them.

Let our voices ring out about the joy 25 years of the Tennessee Renaissance Festival has brought to us.

I am already embroidering and getting garb spruced up..... to answer Renfairephog, I'd like to see all the great acts back this year... I would love to see a big show if one is available (I missed Johnny last year  :( ) I would love a big loud musical act once a day, and a really clever cast storyline (that is nothing new, it is always clever)  Oh and a big sun roof over the jousting field would be lovely... course that is just for me who never misses a pass and I do tend to get a bit toasty.

I would really like the sun roof at the Joust field as well.

The cast will be preforming A Midsummers Nights Dream this year.

No news on a reunion but they posted this on facebook.

Tennessee Renaissance Festival  This season marks our 25th year, so we will be celebrating with Queen Elizabeth's Silver Jubilee!

;D  It's amazing to me that it is automatically assumed that once a new toy comes out that everyone gets it.
Facebook, Myspace, Youtube.....     utter trash one and all.   And just because a whole hell of a lot of people use it, does not mean that it is good.   Just one old fuddy duddys viewpoint.    ;D ;D

So far, I don't think any extra plans have been announced for the 25th Anniversary.
