about a year ago, I gave up the home phone line, got my internet twith the cable (comcast), my cell is now my phone..... and I'm actually spending less. and the cable is waaay faster then even DSL.
alternately, you could get a moble broadband card to use on your PC, bundle with your cell's, and still be cheaper too.
