First should air at like 6:45 (interview with Marketing), then 8:10 (Joust), and then two more at some time before the end.
Robin Hood, Maid Marion, Will Scarlett, Little John, Prince John, Guy of Gisborne, and The Sheriff of Nottingham (that would be me) should be in there somewhere.

I missed them. :-\
Jon.
That's AM Jon! As in Sat morning.
LDW
DOH, I still missed them! ;)
Jon.
I hope that someone recorded them so they can be viewed here.
I've herd more Adds on the radio and TV this year then I can ever remember! Cool
My mom said that she's heard and seen the ads as well. Wish I was back home there to see them.

Interesting. But honestly, I don't like the interviewer. He needs to show some respect.
Jon.
I thought the same thing, but he is a "mundane" and I don't think knows any better. ;)
As far as the interviewer...Can you say "dork?"
Madge Estes, you of course were as elegant as ever!
Having done a ton of these over the years, he was better than most.
LDW
Grammercy, Lord Virgil.
I can honestly say that this reporter was better than some with whom I have interviewed. Like the segment I did several years ago when the female reporter asked beforehand if she could take the crown off my head at the end of the interview. I said no, that it was pinned into my hair. So we do the interview, and at the end, she reached over and snatched the crown off my head anyway and plopped it on her head. I was livid. Not only did we have to redo my hair because of the pins ripped out of it, but she bent and broke the brand new crown my husband had just given me. It is now made clear they can't touch!
If he was better than most interviewers, great. But he had an almost sarcastic tone in his voice. He just lacked common courtesy that I would give to anyone and would expect in return from a stranger.
LDW, my wife watched part of the interview he did with you on TV. Her comments about the interviewer were uncharacteristically colorful. And she's the cool calm collected type of person. ;)
Anyway, it was good to see the faire getting some mainstream airtime.
Jon.
I agree Jon, you could almost hear the "eye roll" in his voice, like he was thinking what a waste of his time this was.
We of course, know different!
Basically every time you do one of these you know it is going to suck, just a question of how hard. They do ZERO prep for the piece, so instead of them being able to talk in an educated manner, they put whatever personal spun they can on things to keep it largely about them.
In 2005 Jay Towers interviewed the Three Musketeers, and, even after spelling it 3 times, under my interview it said "Thorsos - a Muskateer".
::sigh::
"Read a book sir, you are making us all look like idiots" came to mind.
The other thing that you have to realize is that for many people a Ren Fest is like a comic-con or Star Trek convention, meaning it is looked on with distain as a geek gathering. I think this is where this guy was coming from.
All in all it could have been worse...
LDW
I hear ya and understand.
Jon.
