Has anyone done a post yourself thread recently? If not, post a picture of yourself!
I don't have one of myself but Cyron took this one of the entire clan at Mayfaire.

Of course, I'm the tall dark handsome fellow with the hairline making a run south to the boarder. MY queen is on the far left and our serf's are surrounding us. ;)
Edit: Where are you from too? We are from White Lake, MI. Not too far south from the MIRF grounds.
Jon.
This is me in my Hungarian Armor made by Pyramid Leather there at MiRF. I wear glasses, but they have been removed to make this pic. historically accurate. My name Poldugarian Warrior is taken from my nationalities of Polish, Dutch, and Hungarian.

This pistol is historically accurate, because it is a wheellock and wheellocks existed in the late 1500's to the early 1600s. Many have said, "What's with the boom stick? That's not accurate." But I say yes, if it was a flint-lock then you'd be right. Now I don't wear this evry day of faire, because I usually dress for that weekend's theme or dependent on the weather or how I feel about wearing all that especially after a long week of lifting tires for rotations or repairs. That armor though only mail and leather and gauge steel gets heavy.
Here's me!! My friend Shari took this picture:

My daughter, my self, and my husband from last year. Sadly, we won't be making it this year as I'm now 9 months pregnant and as much as I love faire, I really don't want to try giving birth there :D
Here's one DH took at Pennsic

Thanks! Lady Kathleen of Olmsted made it for me and I love it! I don't think I have ever wore something so comfortable to faire before!

I was going to ask if that was a wheellock when I saw the pix. Where did you find that? "Replica" or functional?

Figured I'd scroll through the thread and see how many people in the thread I've managed to capture this year at MiRF.
The final tally....1. And it's you, Pipere. Really thought it would be higher than one. I need to get busy.

That second pic is just beautiful! gorgeous!
I met Sealclubber last weekend his garb is something to behold, very quirky, but it does get people's attention. And Pipere, your garb is stunning in person. You were in character, so I didn't want to pull you away from that and introduce myself. I also attended the Queen's Tea, and it is quite a bit of different entertainment. A good laugh to be had, and the foods. Man, they are filling.

This is one of my favorite shots from Scarby this year. It was taken by EloquentXI, while I was posing for someone else's camera! Semi-candid, I guess... LOL
My what a lucky woman you are there Rani. A true wenches dream if you ask me.
LOL The Gypsy and the Pirate Lads...
In truth, it was nothing more than a photo opportunity! We were headed out the gate when we spotted two of those lads there taking a picture with a patron, and when she was through I jumped right in and handed my camera to Grov. The other two crowded up into the shot as well, and someone made a lewd comment that set us all to laughing... and the result is this shot that makes me look like I'm having the time of my life surrounded by gorgeous men!!!
Well, I was surrounded by gorgeous men that weekend, but it was only these four for about a minute! LOL

I was just looking through some of the threads again and noticed the kid in the background in this shot. Is he picking his nose?
Jon.
Chewing on his fingernail, I'd say. HIs finger is just a wee big too far down for his nose I believe.

Rin that is a fine pic of yourself. Probably worth freezing your bum off for. I bet many a lad wouldn't mind being seen with you. Very cool.

That's awesome, Jon. I often look through other peoples links and such to see who may have photos of me, and if they better represent my look than the shots taken by my friends, usually posed. I love that candid shot.
Poldugarian Warrior I can tell you right now that I for one would definitely not mind being seen at faire with Rin cause you are right she is a very gorgeous woman if you ask me.
