Title: Trick or Treating at TRF?
Post by: cowgrrl on October 06, 2009, 09:52:34 PM
One of the weekends we may be able to attend TRF is Halloween weekend.  Our only problem is that our kids still like to Trick or Treat & we'd hate for them to miss that.  So, do any vendors at TRF do trick or treat stuff or are we SOL?  Thanks!

Yep, the vendors usually have treats for the kiddos on All Hallows Eve weekend.  We definately will at Fairy Effects (booth 526).

Lady Bear and I always bring a big bag/jar of candy for any of the wee ones that wonder into out camp on halloween weekend.  have beer, loki, or scotch for the big "kids"  although they can enjoy the candy too.

I was pondering this last night.  We will have two, potentially three children in camp.  Perhaps we can put our collective minds together to come up with a way to mark the camps that will be playing along with the kiddos when it comes to trick or treating.  Perhaps a simple flag outside the camp or a sign or something.  Any ideas?  I realize its a short notice thought process (o:

Bring them to Phoenix Risen for sure, if you check the AHE party thread there are quite a few things for the young ones early in the evening before the more... adult festivities begin

*I was told I can't give the more active ones rum shots to calm them down...*
