It's been 28 days since I saw Shale. Please pray for her.

Awwwww! Poor puss! I will keep her in my thoughts!
Hoping she'll come back to you safely!
Saying prayers for you and her. I know how hard it is as there were times our cats would disappear for several days.
I will keep her in my thoughts and pray she comes back safely to you.
28 days! Oh honey, you waited so long without our prayers!
I hope she is home in time to help you put up the Christmas tree!!!
Sara have you had any news about your kitty? Still have you both in my prayers.
A few years back I ran into that same thing. My son Andy walked out the door not closing it all the way and Max ran out behind him. Max always had to be with Andy. Well, he was gone for a month. I put flyers up. I didn't sleep well. I cried and worried about him. Max talked to me. Last, the maintenance man called said he saw him. My boys ran out and got him. He was thin but I was sooo happy to have him back.
Our babies do not stray far from home. Have faith that your baby will be back.
Prayers for your baby's return
Prayers and good thoughts are being sent your way for a safe return home for your cat Sara.
Sending thoughts of a safe return home for your feline friend
*hugs*
Shale has now been missing for 44 days. I have done two flier campaigns in a large area around my neighbourhood, posted some online ads, and sent an alert to all vets and shelters in the area. At first we had calls from our neighbours, but we haven't had anything for about two weeks. I'm hoping that she's just playing feral cat and hiding, and that's why people aren't seeing her. But I'm losing hope and I'm really scared that she won't come home. I don't think I could handle it if she didn't come home. I'm very attached to all my cats, just as much as I am to my human family. Cats are just as important (and sometimes moreso) than people to me. And Shale....Shale was special. She and I formed a very deep bond, she had so much personality and she was so responsive to me. I would never wish any of my cats missing, but why did it have to be her? To be biblical about it, I feel like Jacob losing Joseph. I love all of my other cats just as much, but there was just something different about Shale. I don't think I could deal with her not coming back.
Does anyone know of anything else I can do beyond the fliers? She could be anywhere in a 4km radius.

Re-send your alerts to the vets. If someone took her in, they might not take her to the vet right away. You might have to physically visit the shelters. Find out how long they hold animals and go back. You can't count on them contacting you. Re-post your missing kitty fliers. Do you go for walks at night? You might want to start ... and call for her every few houses. (That way you don't have to be very loud.) If she can hear you, she is likely to meow back. 44 days is a long time, but not impossible. Cats are very capable of caring for themselves.
Positive thoughts your way for continued strength.
You remain in my thoughts and prayers Sara. Don't give up hope lass cause I have a good feeling that Shale will return home when you least expcet it.
Hugs and love to you my dear.
you remain in my thoughts, i hope Shale comes home
