It's always amazing that the price of oil goes down ($40.75 a barrel today down from $41.70 yesterday)
and the price at the pump goes up 10 or 15 cents a gallon

But gas is purchased on speculation, so the rise/fall is off by several days, always.  The 20 cent hike is ridiculous, but better than 50 cents or more...

Last week gas was up to $1.74 for mid-grade and by Friday it was down to $1.69. Just absolutely ridiculous.

We're down again to 1.59. Pray that it won't go any higher- I like being able to fill up for 20 bucks!!!

  It's gone up to $1.79 here. I guess it's still better than it was before but that's not the point. The point is is that the prices are going up again.
