It's tasty already, so hopefully it'll be better in a month. It's currently in my basement, in a room we never go into. We plan on holding some back to save for later as well.

Yeah, we're only bringing a little with us.  XD  It didn't come out quite as we had hoped in the first place, though.  (Did you know that mint overpowers absolutely -everything-?  I didn't.)  I'm hoping it's at least drinkable.  XD  We had fun playing scientist, though, which was more the point than anything else right now.  Get it figured out, THEN make a really good batch.

We have a nice list of "Next time we need to..."  (And a box marked "Urine Samples: Do Not Taste.")
