For anyone looking forward to the movie coming out tomorrow (me!) I want to point you in the direction of this really cool website...www.altarsofscience.com.  It looks like just the video "feed" of the antimatter bomb, but it's actually this game you can play.  If you open up "View Source" you can find a clue that will lead you to what the codes are.  If you figure out what the codes are and what they translate to, you get a surprise.  :D  It's just fun.  Once you've figured out the codes, it doesn't do much, but I want to see if anything happens when the ticker starts counting down to the times from the book.

Fun.  I'm quite excited about the movie!  Anyone else?

I'm excited, too!  The costuming department bought a jeweled collar from me to use in the Parthenon scene, so my husband and I are going probably next weekend to see if they used it.  If anyone goes this weekend, I'd love to know what you thought if the movie, compared to the first film (or the second movie, I guess, since this new one is supposed to be a prequel to "The DaVinci Code")!

How cool!  I haven't seen it yet but when I do I will look out for the jeweled collar!  :)

Angels vs. Demons: Fact or Fiction?

Sunday, May 17, 9:00 pm

A hard-hitting yet witty look at the cutting-edge science and historical reality behind the best-selling novel Angels and Demons. It's a battle of fact vs. fiction in a world of antimatter, theology, conspiracies, symbolism and cults.

VENI, VIDI, VELCRO! Spelling and grammatical errors are beyond my control, it's the way I'm wired.

I saw the movie and it was entertaining but not very factual.

It would have been much better if anything in the movie was correct fact wise.

As a big fan of the book I was rather disappointed.  I don't understand why they changed so many things.

When I got home last night I caught the last few minutes of a show about The Da Vinci Code...and some people trying to decide if it's fact or not.  It's a work of fiction, people.  Conspiracy and myth, perhaps, but fiction nonetheless.

Haven't seen it yet, but I liked The DaVinci Code as well as National Treasure and Book of Secrets.  I get into the sorta myth/conspiracy stuff so it's no biggy if any of it is factual or not to me.  So long as the tone down Tom Hank's hair, I'll be happy!  :P ::) ;)

Zoë

Haha!  Tom Hanks' hair was pretty wild in Da Vinci Code...I noticed it's a little bit tamed in this one.  Phew!
