The Knights of Iron Stage Combat Team are pleased to announce that they have come to an agreement with the Michigan Renaissance Festival to return for the 2009 season, and perform their Aventures of Robin Hood show.

The show takes place over 8 scenes incorporating all of the characters you know and love, and also brings the highly successful "Robin Hood Academy of Swordsmanship" to the stage, where 25 children are selected from the audience to train with Robin Hood, and then get to test their sword fighting skills against the Sheriff of Nottingham!

The show culminates in a human chess match pitting the evil Prince John against the valiant Robin Hood.

We at the Knights of Iron are very pleased to return to the Michigan Renaissance Festival after a three year absence, and we hope our fans will be glad to have us back as well!
See you all August 22nd!

Considering how much fun it was to watch at SilverLeaf, it'll be great to see it played out at Holly.

Welcome back home Dale.  :) Somehow I knew that reports of your retirement were an exaggeration.

Yep, that's you. A big ole boomerang. Emphasis on the BOOM:D

Can't wait to see what you lot have in store this season!

What about balloon animals?  Steve Conrad wants to know...

Oh, Balloon animals are very regal. No problem there.

I mean, you just can't make a decent animal with sausages or bananas. It's just not the same.

Especially Princely is that funny noise made while making baloon animals.

I feel compelled to quote Jeff Dunham: Silence! I keel you!

*starts singing 'It's a small world after all' to keep 'lets all go to the library' from sticking in her head*

You'd better start sleepin' with one eye open there, ya cheeky trollop.   ;)

Spent pretty much all day yesterday, and some of this morning finishing jewlery, working up street bits, putting the final touches on the "Outfit"

So...now I need to practice some ballon animals, singing made up songs and potentially dancing...

Good times.

Hee hee....also need to shop for bannanas and sausages, and get a take a number machine....

So much to do so little time.

Beware that whole "All work and no play" thing, kiddo.

I'll be glad to see you back, dancing and singing and molesting ballons and the works.

Ling-ling will be glad to see you too, I suspect.  ;D

Like that isn't going to happen!!!

If we pull off what we have planned, it will be classic, or should I say Vlasic!
