I didn't know there was an Online Craft Coupon Book for various crafters at MNRF. Eight pages of discount coupons for various crafters. It's downloadable in PDF format from the website at http://www.renaissancefest.com/MRF/couponbook.pdf

I found it a few weeks ago, however, the one I was going to use the vendor wouldn't accept it since he was never asked if he would partake in this coupon book.
We can't stop here...this is bat country!

Nice.

I noticed it awhile ago but there was no coupon for the vendor I made my one large purchase from this year. But if vendors were never asked I wouldn't want to use them anyway.
Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.

Apparently there was a letter that went out to crafters asking them to participate, but I don't remember getting one

If this was sponsored by the event, I hope that the discount came from the event's portion since I suspect the intent was to boost attendance.

groomporter,
Devin called me about it, left a message, but no info on how it would work or any details, so I didn't participate.

We participated in the coupon book and got a great response.  More than expected, to say the least.  People really are looking for discounts, so if you can afford to participate it will get people into the shop just because they have a coupon.
