I believe it will mostly be Elizabeth attending this year...although it's likely that Zoë will be finding her way every so often.  One of the two will be there every day at least.

Fair Zoe,

The Baroness and I are well acquainted with yourself and with Fritzie, but have not had the pleasure of meeting Elizabeth Covington.  Is there a photo somewhere?

Thank you for your most kind words, HTT, but fear not!  We will most certainly be there as ourselves, and will welcome your grovel most heartily.  As for Lady Ana Francesca's delusions, one can only suspect that she has been neglecting her herbs again.

Or maybe partaking of the wrong ones??  :P

I had a Faire dream! It was opening day, and raining, so the only people that were there were the hard core people. And fence for the jousting arena was gone. And there was a new enclosed carriage.

Not to be mean, but the Nontourage (including Baron and Baroness, Prof Juan and Lady Ana (and Bree) along with us) are progressing to Arizona for Valentine's weekend.  There is still time to plan.

We are so in need of a faire fix!!

I have faire dreams all the time and the grounds are always very different- and there are always real people from the real renaissance.

Good thing you had your dream so they have plenty of time to fix the fence. The rain always kills us at faire, so no rain this year.

IF we had the money AZ would be an option. But we don't have the money for all the gas, hotel and food even with Uncle Sams help. Being unemployed hinders what we can do. BUT I refuse to NOT have some fun from my Uncle Sam money.

We would have loved to have gone for the V-Day event, but fortunately I am directing on that day and beginning film production that week.  Can't vanish this month. Would be fun to travel with all of our faire friends.

And it would be enormous fun to have you along!  Any chance of you making Scarby in April?

My hubby and daughter have jobs down at Scarby.  It all depends on outside factors for me though.  I'm hoping it all works out.

The Baroness and I understand "outside factors" very well.  Nonetheless, if things work out and you decide to go, please let us know when you will be there and mayhap we can attend the same weekend.

Also, where are hubby and daughter working?

It was Elizabeth who attended faire most days last season, Zoë only made it out of the packing crate but a few times.  Hers is the ensemble with the black corset and the burgundy skirt and--perhaps most notably--no pirate hat.  She's a runaway in the process of changing her identity to keep hidden from her parents...intrigue!
