Anybody know if the construction for this building is complete yet?

If so, anybody care to do a little ninja work and post up some pictures of it?  If not I guess I'll have to come up on opening weekend  ;D

It's been done for a couple of months. It just needs to get repainted to a less controversal color scheme.

I dont see anything too controversial about the color scheme, the burnt orange is found in nature isnt it?

Anyway there is a pic of it and It is a really nice place.

Thank you Angus  :)

I am actually looking for a place to get married and my fiancee (whom I already call wife) absolutely loved the idea of a Renaissance wedding.  So I've been looking around at the different faires and checking prices.

OOOH! A faire wedding is so romantic!!! I think that chapel is perfect!
Wingardium Leviosa!
Tis not the length of the staff- but the magick there in!

agreed on the dismay of the color and this is from one of the owners of the faire.  i take full responsibility.  it was ground nutmeg.  not burnt orange when i looked at the little color card at lowes.  we have even bought new paint--but doubt we will have time to repaint it before faire opens.  too much infrastructure till afoot.  but, it will eventually lose its burnt orange flare...esp in light of the two owners being graduates of tamu.
it's all about the journey and the people we choose to make the journey with

I was there for the dedication of Maid Marians Chapel and it really is a great place.  Perfect for a faire wedding.

Bran_gray, my fiance and I are getting married there opening weekend.  If you like, send me a message on here and I will email you a few photos of the event after it is all said and done, and give you a rundown on how everything was.

Blessing to you and your fiancee!

Some pics of Maid Marion's chapel...

The Altar area...

Me gettin' all artsy with angled view and lens-flare. OOOOHHHH AAAAHHH  ;D

There are some really nice shots of the chapel in Preston Nichols photo stream from when they did the promo photo shoot with Element of Air (Cassidy).  They gussied it up with some flowing white banners and such.  It made it REALLY nice!
