does anyone know if in the area of sherwood forest you would be able to hear radio stations from austin?
i live in houston and there is a radio show i like to listen to in austin, normally i listen to it online. but when it comes on i will be at the faire and i haven't been to austin enough to know how close i need to be.
any help would be appreciated.  :)

When camping a couple of weekend ago we were able to pick up a couple of radio stations from Austin in the morning for the weather report.

Yes, most of the radio stations in Austin are easily heard at Sherwood Forest.  Only AM radio at night would be a problem, or very weak FM stations.

My parents used to live in La Grange - a little more than twice as far from Austin as Sherwood - and they got Austin radio fine, so you really shouldn't have a problem.
