And you can't forget the Dragonflies!  Surreal how they come out by the thousands, flitter around until every mosquito is devoured, and retreat as quickly as they came...magical!  Most assuredly my favorite thing about Twig.

The dragonflies are always amazing.  We had a great time in spite of the weather, and it was fun to see everyone.  We spent some time at the back and front gate as part of the volunteer commitment, played bocce and also spent time playing games in the games' tent.

Wa-HOOOOOOO!  Had a BLAST at Twig this weekend!  =D  Met many "fine" faire folk (even that USELESS chick ~ LOL!) and had a ton of fun while managing to only lose a new tube of lipstick!  =)  (But it was free so I don't really care!)  Thanks all for making it such a memorable adventure!

The vikings ended up with your tube of lipstick.... I wonder what they decided to do with it.

It was nice being up there. I didn't get to meet many people, but the wings were slightly more attractive than I thought... especially once I sprout another set of 4 to them....
Bubbles are pure magic... if you don't believe me watch any man, woman, or child chase a bubble down the road.

Had a great time! Was nice to see old friends and meet and make some new ones. I too agree that the dragonflies were most magical!

It was really really informal - the green and white striped tent with the table and chairs right before the path to the joust.  The games were stashed under the table.

Even without a majority of my costume on *no make up at all either* I was soon surrounded. These are just the cutest kids and I can't wait to see them all again...

My youngest is one of the kids one sunday that kept wanting to pop the bubbles!
I loved watching the bubbles!

Psst- Hey MG- Thanks for letting me lick your, ehm, glitter...   ;)

My girls are still convinced that they made the dragonflies "dance" on Sat with their "flute" playing.    :)
