Oh, no... this is the PERPETUAL countdown thread!  It's survived TWO seasons so far, and will just keep on going! 

Fraser...  I had such a wonderful time this season, and you and Nasty were a big part of that, as were soooo many others!  I wish we'd had a bit more time this weekend, but I'm so glad I got to see you both for the last day of the season.  It was hard for us to leave, as well... and we were some of the very last few out the gate last night, at around 8, or so.  We stayed to watch the fireworks, and strolled slowly as the lights went dark, one after another, then stayed a bit longer to enjoy a last pastry and hot chocolate from the bakery... until finally there was no one left but tired cast and crew, and a last straggler or two, wanting to "stay... just a little bit longer"...

Everyone and everything made this year incredibly special for us... and we already treasure the memories, the connections and the anticipation of future Faires... with our Fairemily.  We love you all...

I'm glad you made it home in one piece, Rani!  This had to be the best TRF season that i've been a part of... the weather seemed to be with us, the cast was spot on, the food was top notch and everyone looked like they were having a great time.  Even with all the afore mentioned things, it wouldn't have been as good without all the friends we had around us.


As for this thread...  like i said to one gentleman,  "Welcome back, my friend, to the thread that never ends, we are so glad you could attend... come inside, come inside."

Truly, it was an amazing season...  I feel like I've been beaten soundly, but I wouldn't trade it for anything I can think of, and that's the God's honest truth!  Now I have to load all the pics I took (yes, I DID actually remember to get my camera out and use it this time!)

I actually took 474 assorted photos and videos this weekend, so no one can call me a slacker in that regard... this time, at least!  Most of them even turned out focused, framed and adequately lit, as well, even before processing, so I'm excited to start loading them onto facebook!  I'll have to narrow them down, though, because a lot of them are from during a photo shoot, and I need to choose the best of the best so I don't overload the albums and make people just give up before they come to the end...    heheh

I've barely even made a dent in mine, and it looks like quite a few of them need at least a little exposure correction, so it's slow going.  I hardly ever even use my Photobucket account anymore, but maybe I'll have to put up a new album there so some of those slackers who aren't on facebook yet (you know who you are...) can go see them.
