We're currently getting more snow... and it's been going on all day.  Not much more accumulation yet, but we weren't supposed to get any more until next Tuesday!

I think we ended up with just about 3 or 4 inches. The streets were pretty much clear until that last inch fell.  I think now they're talking about more tomorrow and Monday. I'm going to need to get to the office this weekend if possible for one thing, then I can telecommute the rest of the time.

It's nice out today, and the streets are melting.  Clear blue skies, and not a cloud in sight...  Of course, that means we'll have icy roads tonight! 

We'll see if we get more on Monday/Tuesday, though.

We have some things at work that HAVE to get out Monday.  I'm looking at possible snow again, so I'm going to go in on Sunday and get things set up. Then if I can't make the commute on Monday, the processes can be run remotely. This has been an odd winter so far.

Today was reminiscent of the time we lived in Chicago. When it reaches 32 degrees, after a few days if 8 degrees and the occassional 40 mph wind, it's actually quite comfy outside with jeans and a t-shirt! Sidekick lectured me on the importance of a jacket.

If it weren't for the fact that I telecommute on Wednesdays anyway, I'd be excited about the 6 inches we're supposed to get in the morning. The bad thing is, Nim will have to stay at the hospital tomorrow night...essential personnel. I hate sleeping alone...

BOHECA, more of the white stuff from the heavens will soon be up on the ground. Looks like some time Wensday afternoon East Arkansas will get it, they say 2-6 inches, We'll see. And of course it will all start just as I'm coming to work, which means I will be stuck here cause everybody else is going to call in sick. Think I will pack a little extera in my duty bag for work.

Well, I made a batch of my chicken-rice soup the other day...still have some of it, but I can always make a batch of my beef & barley. I'm about to get several of my soups dialed in to near perfect...

I won't have my main squeeze, so Abbe will have to keep me warm tomorrow night. She's so sweet and affectionate! She'll enjoy the snow big time tomorrow! She tries to eat it all... Abbe is my smaller dog. She's only about 100 pounds...
