Are we looking at pedigrees again?  Some are closer to the sources than others, but doesn't that search for "racial purity" just leave whole areas with things like buck teeth and receding jawlines?    Not to mention tendencies toward far less desirable traits and practices, like, ohhh... insanity... and having to marry your own siblings to keep from marrying "beneath" you?    

Good things the Scots and the Irish (and the Native Americans, for that matter) didn't hold with such nonsense, eh?

We're home now, but it's storming to beat the band out there!  Glad I have a surge protector on my computer, because I've got work to do...

(sigh)  I'm having trouble finding a good vector image of a crouching sniper that doesn't cost $50 (or more)... and it HAS to be vector so it can be resized (yes, I know that's probably all Greek to anyone who doesn't work with images, but I'm a little frustrated).    This design is completely finished, otherwise, and I doubt seriously that they'll even bother to ask for the other two concepts they can get for the price, since this one has every single element they asked for...  



Yes... I am that good at what I do.    Of course, I have a pretty awesome computer, as well...

Just read a minute ago that there are currently drops of water falling from the sky in the Houston area!!!  I hope ya'll get a nice 2-3 day slow, gentle soaking rain, no severe storms and an end to the fire ban, at least for a week or two, anyway!!!
