I'm splendid. That is all.

Right now I'd call it 50/50 either way but the first "offical" tasting won't be for at least 4 weeks...

*This one needs time to mellow*

I'm sure they will all be tasty. Everyone says they always are and that many people can't be wrong. :)

It just needs some time in the bottle.  The Mounds Bar, from last season, was quite spunky when first brewed... it needed sit in the corner and have a few weeks of "time out" ... :D

Watermelon seem to be everyone's bane... that'll be a flavor for next year.  ;)

My hubby made watermelon last year and it turned out really good. All the girls in McLot seemed to like it. It wasn't as strong as a lot of loki's are but it was yummy!

Watermelon is a favorite flavor of mine, but I would imagine it could be hard to get just right.  Too sweet and it's boring, but too tart and it could be undrinkable.  I think I might like it just a little stronger, but that might present it's own problems with the flavor, I guess.

Of course, never having even tried my hand at Loki making, I should probably leave the speculation to the experts...  ::)  ;)

Rani, didn't you try my hubby's watermelon last year?  Everyone said it tasted like a watermelon jolly rancher.

You ought to give it a whirl... never know what it might turn out like...

Yeah, fresh Loki can sometimes smell and taste like a good substitute for AvGas but it usually tends to smooth out nice.

Ummm... honestly, I can't remember!  I tried soooo many flavors, and most of them I have no idea who made them, or where I was when I tasted them...  :o  I think I might have a vague memory of it, now that I think about it, but I believe it was very late at night...

That sounds terrible, doesn't it?  ::)  But there were just so many wonderful flavors last year, and trying to keep them all straight was impossible!  I might have to make up "score cards" this year, just so I can write all that stuff down!  LOL  Of course, remembering to carry them around might be a problem after the first dozen "taste-tests" or so...  ;)  :D

I'd really like to, and if I can find a little extra cash this year, I might just have to try a small, single flavor batch!  I'd have to give a lot of thought to the flavor... but I've been thinking about a couple that sound pretty tempting!

I've never had Loki at all but I'm super excited to change that this year :)

I would probably have all sorts of questions about the process, though... and I'm sure I would drive some poor brewer or other a bit crazy with them all...  :P  :D

I think you might have quoted the wrong post, here, Ravic.  LOL  If you're referring to Loki Lane, that is...  :P

Of course, people who walk that particular road should really have a "handler"...  :D

Although, if there's an initiation for Loki MAKERS, then I think I'd better find out a bit more about that...  :o
