 It has been a difficult month. Life goes on. Only 2 active kitties- and Tachi who is so old and sick he does not do much but boss me around-seems like Batman left a big vacancy here.I have had 5 cats pass over the Rainbow Bridge since Lord A passed. I found another Siamese. I pick him up in a week and a half.His name is Conan. 2 year old Seal point male wedge faced.Yoshi will love him- i hope Neri will too. Hard waiting. I almost got a Bengal from a rescue group- but there were too many issues- so I said NO.
It hurt to pass on her.
Hoping gas prices come down and I can get an inexpensive cat sitter so I can come to TRF.My life is faire. All the rest is marking time until faire.

 My Evil pirate twin went to Capt Jack's POTC party at the Alamo Draft house last Saturday. There were 150 pirates in garb! Fun evening.  Good movie!

Going to Scarby on the Morrow and Picking up my new Siamese kitty on Monday if all goes well. Keeping busy- but I miss Sherwood.

I had a nice time at Scarby. Thumbs UP for the Scotch tasting!  Well done. I liked all except the Lagavulin. Too smokey peaty for me. I loved the rest. Speyside is my favorite!  saw many friends. It was hot but not too humid. The day passed too fast.
My new Royal feline is home. I changed his name from Conan to Koda, He is not a barbarian kitty. he is sweet and shy and elegant. He is getting used to his home and me and I am gradually introducing him to my other kitties.It takes time and lots of patience with an older kitty.

Hi Queen Bonnie.  I'm really looking forward to TRF even more than usual this year.  Had some unusual circumstances that prevented me from attending both Sherwood and Scarby this year, so I really need a faire fix.  Will try to be at TRF at least 4 or 5 weekends and can't wait to see you!   (( hugs ))

I feel your pain Sir Martin!!  I didn't make Sherwood or scarby again....  Not a clue yet about TRF but hope to make at least 2 trips.

Trill - here's hoping the finance faery is kind to us in the next few months.   

Cat - hugs will be forthcoming at TRF!  I've been trying to get a hug from Trill for about 5 or 6 years and am determined to catch up with her this year.

 That finance fae is sure elusive. I have passes from Last year- BUT with gas prices and a new pet sitter-$$$ I hope Just to get to go to TRF.

On another note- I am loving my new Siamese kitty, Koda! Kitties make me happy. So does faire and friends!

 Well the Nargles are back- or the full moon. Need to blame this on something. Tachi had another diabetic seizure brought on by a sinus infection. He is at the vet$$$. A plumber came to fix a leak$$. Needed another new pond pump. It is working but on a heavy duty extension cord as the GFI outlet is not acting right! Make it stop. I think the heat is affecting my magick spells!  Sigh! I need faire!
