All of our cats adopted us. They just showed up looking for food and love and a warm place to sleep. They were all about 20 years old when they passed away.... pretty good for indoor/outdoor cats.

well thankfully my boys are fixed the wrotten monsters they are it appears not only are we feeding them but the occasional possum(I live in the middle of nowhere) and apprently the people across the street's gray cat as well. i came home today to find that they were entertaining the gray from across the road. we think the gray is a she and is in heat not that my boys can do much about it being they were fixed as kittens so they wouldn't roam.

Definate confirmation that she was pregnant. I now have a kitten. I came home at 3 last night with a tiny tiny tabby on my front door. Long story short I havent slept and he likes to sigh...
His eyes are open but I dont think they've been for long.
He's about the length of my hand.

My pawspaws was that size when I got him, ( even tho the place I got him from said he was 8 weeks old) found out he was only 4 weeks old. I was told by the vet to give him kitten milk and kitten food or if he can stomach it canned cat food with kitten milk mixed in so its kinda soupy.  That gives them the extra protien to grow up healthy and strong.

I've named them Nicoli (the boy) and Meiko (the girl).
He's currently attacking my pant leg and trying to climb up the laptop lol.
Meiko is really timid and hates being separated from mum, I still think they're from two different litters cause she's about 4x the size of Nicoli. Iam trying to get her more comfortable with people so she can hopefully be adopted out, she spent most of yesterday riding in my jacket.

Mama cat has been standing on our doorstep mewing for the past week and has now learned the drill, I open the door she walks down the hall to the bathroom, I bring the kittens, I open the bathroom she walks out and goes outside. I have to watch her with the little one though as she keeps attacking him  :-\

And I give them +10 cause they crack me up.
