Granola... in milk.  With dried raisins, cranberries, pineapple, mango and apple, pumpkin seeds and chopped almonds... and sprinkled with buckwheat.  Mmmmm... it was yummy!

Chicken, asparagus, and mushrooms with a lemon and wine sauce on penne pasta and garlic sticks.
Don't forget to smell the roses, but watch out for the thorns!
