I concur.  It has been a while since I have heard a recitation of the Book of Cheese.   ;)

MG had The Book of Cheese out at faire one of the last few weekends. I thought Tony did a bit of a reading from it @SOTS.

I did indeed!

We forgot to read from the book of cheese Saturday night!  Gah! Course, it was so loud in here nobody would've heard it anyway.

Pub night, yes please!!
Nothing clever to say here.  Not enough caffine yet.

Charlotte Rowan

Pub night, yes! Will do my best to make it :)
Masquerading as a normal person day after day is exhausting.

Mike wants to do a pub night when he's home in January, too.  ;D

I will be there in January!  Lee might be too - depending on his Basketball schedule.

What about November?  Any suggestions for where and when?

Let's move this up to the pub thread.  I know some people subscribe to it.

The fest did seem to fly by this year. I am going to try to make it to any get togethers you guys have. Missed out in the past. I seem to recall some things other than pub night in the past. Thanksgiving or Christmas get togethers?

Goody

I washed and packed everything up but knew I wouldnt leave it that way long. I wore garb two sundays to church for a video series. im Lutheran and oct 31 is reformation sunday so the one wk for luther I wore german peasant (the common man) and for katharina von bora I went for a more merchant look in the popular red and black. my fellow churchies loved it. I had only intended dressing one weekend but ppl found it surprising that i would get up and talk wearing a costume. like who just has a costume for such an event??! well of course i do and more than one hence two sundays. woulda loved to wear one the entire 5 wks!! now im on to planning out what to sew for fest friends Midwinter feast. Thinking im goin out of period with a regency dress??

I am attending Winter Feast as well, not sure how I will do a corset/bodice, but we'll see!  Can't wait!
