That should do it.
They just want to keep track of how many people are coming from places like newspapers or the hotels they exchange with, etc.

Probably wouldn't hurt to slap a coat of paint on them just to help make sure they don't get mixed with the general fest benches. For example the Royal Guard painted their benches green with a Tudor rose on the seat.

I'll ask Liz what she thinks about paint color. I'm thinking a veto on pink my be necessary.
Burgundy , hunter green or navy is more the style of the other decor.

there will be tables, and table cloths would be great!

After some thought & discussion, I think staining & sealing the benches will look better with the other things we have to use in the Glade. They're cedar for crying out load, there's little point in painting nice wood.
