Fraser update, again from the Book of Faces:

And in a weird turn of events...turns out it was not a tumor. And correction time, yesterday's surgery was to check the blood vessels and to make sure there's no blockage and that he could handle the surgery. Today's surgery was to go in and remove part of the skull and do the angioplasty. When they got in there they realized that the mass was an aneurysm. The aneurysm is leaking a little but it was pretty much dead but still growing. This changed a lot of the plans that the doctor had as they'd never seen anything like this before. They're having to make a new game plan and he will have to had another surgery in the near future. I'm not sure if they were able to remove the bulk of the mass...or what happened. My guess is that they studied the aneurysm to figure out what's attached to it so they can remove it safely. Once I know more I'll pass it along."

Yup, Fraser can't do things the easy, normal way...

Fraser made it successfully through the third surgey! Went in at 8:30 & was out about 4 hours later. The aneurysm was removed and he's doing good! Thanks for all the prayers and well wishes! Just waiting on the news for how long he'll have to stay in the hospital, knowing his stubborn weed puller it he won't stay to long.

Just got off the phone with Jake who has spoken with Fraser.  Per Fraser "humpty dumpty had been put back together."  All told they had to do 3 angioplasties, took a big chunk of he's skull and part of his spine to remove everything.  But he's doing well.  He still has some issues with his left side movements but they tried to do some PT with him today, so they'll be working on that.  He told Jake to let us all know that while we can't come to the hospital to visit him he'll see us at TRF.

Thanks for the updates Keeper and Jess. Very happy to hear that the surgeries were successful. Now here's hoping that he heals up quickly.
