I LOVE Santiago's breakfast burrito's and stop a couple times a week to get one on my way to work. OH so yummy.

I'm going to be out of the house all day so I'm putting a frozen meatloaf in the crockpot and getting the rice pot all set up. All I'll have to do these evening is turn on the pot and make a salad. Huzzah for planning ahead!



[edit] Ooops, and make the gravy, can't forget the gravy. Well I could and the Ranger wouldn't care but I like a little bit. I make it with cornstarch after draining off all the fat.[/edit]

Well, I asked the Wookie and the Roomie what they wanted last night.  Upon looking at the contents of the freezer and refrigerator, the consensus was "OMGBACONCHEESEBURGERS!"

So, that's what it's going to be.  Bacon Cheeseburgers (made with cheddar cheese), topped with a mound of veggies in my case, served with hand-cut, seasoned fries.
