Last night was chicken sandwich (for me) and burger for the hubby  (I rarely do burgers)...  with our cake for our one year anniversary and champagne          (we're too broke to eat out for our anniversary and chicken sandwich sounded good last night...  haha, oh so luxurious!)

Tonight is salmon with mixed rice and a veggie (undecided right now)

OH that must mean pork chops, mashed potatoes pork mushroom gravy and maybe some rice or stuffing for myself that I will make fresh.

The chops I cooked were over an inch thick so I cut them in half and made 6 out of three. Now there is plenty for tonight

I took my lovely wife out to dinner last night for her birthday.  I had a 12 oz. prime rib with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and steamed vegetables (Broccoli, carrots, squash), one loaf of black bread with creamy butter, and a Jim Beam and Coke and a large glass of ice water.  Goddess I do love Outback Steakhouse.  (Wife had the same only she just had broccoli, and I ordered her a piece of cheesecake with chocolate topping (hey, I'm not stupid) for dessert since it was her birthday).
