I can't help but be a sucker for the Turkey legs. I love the smoke taste they have to them. Do they actually smoke them cook on charcoal, gas?

Nikita

beer cheese soup, after 3 PM when it's all cooked down and thick
Scotch eggs
Bangers and Mash
