Hmmmm.... Beef Enchilada's with spanish rice and refried beans, or roast with carrots and red potato's.... Can't decide............

Sundried tomato vinaigrette chicken, grilled.  Cheesey mashed potatoes with chives.  And...probably sweet corn.

Chicken fingers and sweet corn for the kids (that includes hubby ).  I might make myself some onion soup (I'm the only one that likes it, and I always get a craving for it when I read the beginning part of Harry Potter & the Half-Blood Prince).
