It was an accident back towards the tailend of July - still under a chiropractor's care, but that should be coming to an end next week.  Completely totalled my Chevy Metro - even threw the top off center & twisted my seat.  Due to paperwork foolishness (my bad), the settlement hasn't come in & I am wheelless unless I can borrow my mom's car - flashing back to 1973.

But any accident you can walk away from is a good one & I walked away from that one.  Fins UP & drive safely!

I'm glad phins have started to trickle in - they went out in the mail - in Houston - last Wednesday & I have been worried that the storm sent them flying to the four winds.

Welsh Wench, I concur that our piratical forbears should be 00's - or ought oughts.  Where would we be w/o them?

NorthBayDreamer, if you wake up w/your shark butler missing you'll know where to come looking for him.  He looks like a true parrot head!

I'll be checking in periodically - am staying in the San Antonio OFFICE w/my fur babies - it's a one BR duplex as home is still power & water less.
