Last night was the surf and turf to finish off the shrip in the freezer.

Tonight upon Toki's request... Spaghetti and meatballs, tomorrow French Dips

Dinner tonight...

Dublin Coddle  (sausage, potatoes, carrots, (neeps when I have 'em) and cabbage) and a wee bit of haggis.  Yes, haggis.  The kids want to try it.

Sauteed mushrooms, gold bell peppers, zucchini and shrimp over wide egg noodles topped with extra virgin olive oil and parmesan/romano cheese.  Dark chocolate for desert.   

oh and did I mention rum was the appetizer?   mmm mojito rum...
