There are many places where compromise is expected;
LOYALTY is not amongst them.

Okay, now... as I eye the weather cautiously, I have booked a room for Easter weekend. AccuWeather, which seems to be everything but, says we might have a reasonable weekend. I reserve the right to pull out at last minute!

I'm trying to keep a perfect record here, lad. I'm not sure if it has been careful planning or the Bad Weather Faerie fears me, but I have never been rained upon at the shire. It's not the rain there that would concern me as much as it would be 350 mile drive through storms. With the moderation in the forecast, it appears the spirits wish us to join the villagers this weekend. I hope to see you Saturday morn. If we come, we'll have Harp and Smithwick in the cooler, and I'll tote some cider for you, Angus...

MacKee, if'n ye try to pass off some O'Doul's on mea, I'll have the executioner part yer hair!

As long as it's just one, I've got you covered!  ;) Just kidding, looking forward to seeing you and your fine lady! We'll be in Row 12 at approx 8:30 AM each morning. Gray truck. I'd tell you to ask folks where the bar was, but that's sort of everywhere!

@ Merlin - here's to some pleasant driving weather and if any storms come, that they aim north (but not so far north as to hit Rani!)

 I'll be coming this weekend with Var. See you all in Friends of Faire parking. I will bring my good weather potion with me. Hoping for cooler temps-  I will try.
Wingardium Leviosa!
Tis not the length of the staff- but the magick there in!

As of now <crossing fingers> the storms are supposed to move out of the area Friday.
It will be a tad warm, but plenty of water and shade will be available.

I swear the weather for this weekend is in flux every hour.  I'm going to push to have the PP's hot weather doublet done in time, but if it is going to rain/ 70's, he may wear his coat, so I won't need the doublet.

I'm tempted to toss my cloaks in my trunk just in case.  :-\
It is kind of strange watching your personal history become costume.

Ketterer family faire rule #1:
ALWAYS pack the cloaks. If you pack the cloaks and don't need them, you just have to root around the truck to get to what you need. If you DON'T pack the cloaks, you need them. Period!
