Do you have any idea of what you will putting in those potatoes when you twice bake them?

Scoop the middle out .. mix with sour cream, dill or chives, milk, butter, sprinkle with cheese and bake again for 25 or 30 minutes. The middle is delicious and the crust is crunchy .. yum, yum, yum .. or so my family said. I didn't have any last night.
