lol, yeah, it sounds bad. I live like 3 blocks from a school, so when the kids get out they filter back through the neighborhood and cut between the houses. I would have never just walked through peoples yards when i was a kid. Guess I was just trained proper. Wouldnt bother me that much, but the number of kids going through there had worn a trail and I work hard to make my yard look nice. That and there has been some slight vandalism on my and my neighbors homes and ac units. Over the past few weeks Ive been working from home and going out and asking them to stop. 98% did, i guess this kid just wanted to cause drama.

Im pretty sure the guy had fully intended to be a tough guy and "chew me out". I am not a large guy, like 6'0 165lbs, but I guess the bone in the nose is not what your average suburban man is sporting these days,  


More on frightmare, the guy who played Capt Spalding was there, as was the cast of Boondock Saints and Saw.  There was also some folks selling some neat steampunkish stuff, not sure what that has to do with horror though.

Steam is infiltrating all the cosplay venues, because it's mostly just really cool looking toys, and it sells everywhere it goes!    I'm not really a huge horror fan, but it sounds like it was probably lots of fun! 


I'm sure the kid probably ran home to tell his dad some mean old guy (y'know, anyone over 30 is almost dead...) yelled at him, so the dad was gonna come be all intimidating... until he realized that you don't look like some poor schmuck in a golf shirt and bermudas griping about kids on his lawn!  Priceless...

while we couldn't get pics of the actual installations themselves due to OPSEC, buddy of mine DID get a pic of the CRAMs phalanx battery opening up on a 120mm rocket that whizzed in over my head back in October.



Now THAT was a lawn clearer!

For reference, I was 50' from the bloody phalanx, so I was trying to pick up the teeth that chattered out of my skull and regain my hearing after the Burp of Death went off next to me >.<

while we couldn't get pics of the actual installations themselves due to OPSEC, buddy of mine DID get a pic of the CRAMs phalanx battery opening up on a 120mm rocket that whizzed in over my head back in October.



Now THAT was a lawn clearer!

For reference, I was 50' from the bloody phalanx, so I was trying to pick up the teeth that chattered out of my skull and regain my hearing after the Burp of Death went off next to me >.<

You didn't suggest that they add a silencer?

I need someone to come take care of me... and bring me chicken soup.
