Yea just have to make it through a long hot Texas summer......its gonna be a scorcher this year. Of course what better way to celebrate the end of summer than TRF!

One fun thing to help make it through a HOT Texas Summer - is to go tubing on the San Marcos River!

I start the "offical" countdown at 99 days... usually the first week in July.

Laird Nasty, Rapier and I were standing at the edge of McLot's camp, last season, Opening Weekend, when this beautiful young lady staggers up to us.  She flips her blond hair from her face and dons a heart melting smile but her eyes were blank... (like no color, solid black) and innocently asks us if we had any Ecstasy.  Nasty was thinking nasty type thoughts(i could tell by the drool ) but our man Rapier came to her rescue and lead her off.  I laughed when he came back and asked him " What did you do with her?"  Rapier looks at us and smiles, "I sent her down to Chaos... they ought to enjoy that."   


All i could say was "Robert, you're an evil, evil man." , and just about fell over laughing.

And then there was the drunk girl in the red dress that spent the whole weekend during AHE wandering around the campground looking for her camp, even though she was delivered to it at least 3-4 different times that I know of... over the course of 3 days.

I think I camp right across the street from Chaos.  We always have had the same spot for the past 3 years.

I have heard... now this is via the rumor mill, that Chaos is no more or down to just a few people.  Don't know how true that is but if it is, DANG, THAT SUCKS.  They knew how to have a good time....

I wandered through Chaos last AHE, and there were only a few people around, and it looked kinda like... the folks, just sittin' on the porch of an evenin'... nothing happening at all that would indicate it was a party camp.  


Fraser, Mouse has been looking for that naked slip-n-slide ever since he heard about it LAST season!  I think he was envisioning the Promised Land... or at least Adult Disneyland.    

Which, y'know, for Mouse... might be the same thing.

CHAOS is still very much still here. AHE is a big party weekend that also involves other clans/groups. Those people may have been the stay-behinds while everyone else was off visiting. Also many of us are now participants & we's tired after a long day.

Aahhhh... so that's why it was so quiet in the camp!  Of course, I was on walkabout, myself... which is how/why I happened upon the camp, to begin with, so I certainly understand being off visiting!    heheh 

When are you going to come out and join us for a bit after hours, Ravic?  I've noticed you've actually stepped out of the shop a time or two the last couple of times I was down there, and that seems to be as far as you've gone!    You should get out to camp more often, even if it's just to taste a little Loki and say hi...  I know you're tired after a long day, but what's an hour or so?
